You'll be able to enjoy all the typical flavours of this eau-de-vie, flavoured mainly with juniper berries... without the disadvantages of alcohol. This sophisticated spirit reveals a sumptuous palette of spices, herbs and aromatics, enhanced by delicate citrus aromas.


Arôme Gin can be used

to enhance the flavour of

such as cheesecake or yoghurt cake. It will also go well with other citrus-based preparations, such as lemon mousse or lemon curd (for use in your ganaches, especially macaroons).

Our Natural Gin Flavouring strictly complies with the Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament on food flavorings. This regulation ensures that this product meets the highest safety and quality standards. The Minimum Durability Date (MDD) indicates the period during which our aromas retain all their specific qualities, provided the packaging remains intact. After this date, our products can still be consumed, although they may have lost some of their organoleptic characteristics.
