I discoverAmaretti with Tonka Bean Flavour

1 egg white
1 egg shell of water
200g icing sugar
1 tsp. Tonka bean flavouring
180g almond powder
1- Start by preheating your oven to 180°C and prepare your baking tray by placing a sheet of baking paper.
2- Add the icing sugar, almond powder, egg white, water and Tonka bean flavouring. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
3- Fill your piping bag with the preparation.
4- On the baking sheet make small domes well spaced from each other.
5- Put in the oven for 15 minutes (wait until the amaretti are golden brown).
6- At the end of the cooking time, let them cool on the baking sheet before taking them out.
7- You can eat them right away or wait for your coffee!
