I discoverAmaretto and Cherry flavoured yoghurt

- 1 sachet of lactic ferment
- 1L UHT milk at room temperature
- 5 tbsp. whole milk powder
- 6 drops of cherry flavouring
- 1 tbsp. Amaretto flavouring
Preparation:
- Whisk together the milk and the sachet of lactic ferment in a large bowl.
- Add the drops of natural flavouring.
- Divide the mixture between 7 to 8 glass yoghurt pots that have been sterilised.
- Then incubate them in a yogurt maker for 8 to 12 hours.
