Apple and whipped cream verrines with cinnamon flavouring

  • 6 apples
  • fresh mint
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 packet of meringue
  • 1.5 tsp natural cinnamon flavouring

Preparation:

1. Cut the apples into small cubes

2. Fry them in butter for 30 minutes, add the cinnamon flavouring to the butter.

3. Let your apples cool for about 30 minutes

4. Place your meringue pieces and melted apples in a verrine

5. Cover with Chantilly cream, a meringue and a mint leaf.
