Apple Crumble with Cinnamon Flavour

  • 150 g flour
  • 75g butter
  • 120g sugar
  • 3 apples
  • 6 drops of cinnamon flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and cut the apples into pieces.
  3. Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl and add the butter.
  4. Mix with your fingers to obtain a sandy dough.
  5. Butter the tin, place the apples in it and place the pastry on top.
  6. Leave to cook for 25 minutes.
