- 150 g flour
- 75g butter
- 120g sugar
- 3 apples
- 6 drops of cinnamon flavouring
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Peel and cut the apples into pieces.
- Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl and add the butter.
- Mix with your fingers to obtain a sandy dough.
- Butter the tin, place the apples in it and place the pastry on top.
- Leave to cook for 25 minutes.
