I discoverApricot tart with Bergamot flavour

- 2 eggs
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 1 dozen apricots
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 tbsp. bergamot flavouring
Preparation :
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a tart tin lined with baking paper.
3. Prick the bottom with a fork.
4. Beat the eggs, sugar and natural bergamot flavouring in a bowl.
5. Add the cream and mix well.
6. Pour into the mould.
7. Clean, halve and pit the apricots.
8. Place them in the pan cut side up.
9. Bake for 40 minutes until the tart is golden brown.
10. Leave to cool when removed from the oven before eating!
