Artichoke Tapenade with Chestnut Flavour

  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. chestnut flavouring
  • 400 g artichoke hearts, sliced

Preparation :

1. Drain the artichoke hearts.

2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Add to a bowl.

3. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and chestnut flavouring. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Coarsely chop the mixture with a fork.

5. Blend to a smooth purée without lumps.

6. Then store in the fridge until ready to serve.
