- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Basil flavouring
Preparation:
- Peel and seed the tomatoes, cucumber and peppers.
- Blend all the vegetables together, add the basil flavouring, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Blend again and set aside in a cool place for 3 hours.
Enjoy your meal!
