Blinis with Panettone flavour

150g flour
20cl of milk
10g yeast
2 eggs

1. Mix the yeast and milk and leave for 5 minutes.

2. Make a well with the flour, put the salt, yeast, egg yolks, a few drops of Panettone flavouring in the middle and gradually add the milk while mixing.

3. Leave to rest for 4 hours, then beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in.

4. Cook each blini in a small buttered pan.
