125g butter
50g icing sugar
230g of flour
1cc organic cocoa flavouring
1 egg
1- Whip the softened butter with the icing sugar
2- Add the egg, the flour and the organic cocoa flavouring and whisk until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
3- Put the dough in a cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 1h30
4- Roll out your dough and then use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes. Place them on a buttered baking sheet.
5- Bake for 15 minutes at 160 °C
6- Once out of the oven, leave the shortbread to cool
