400g flour
50g melted butter
30g caster sugar
10cl of milk
6g yeast
2cc of Panettone flavouring
1 egg
5cl water
salt
1- Prepare the dough. Put all the ingredients for the dough in the bowl, knead vigorously until the dough is well blended. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and leave to rise at room temperature until the dough doubles in size, about 1 to 2 hours.
2- Spread the softened butter on top and sprinkle with sugar.
3- Place the dough on a baking tray with baking paper.
4- Let them rest again for 1 hour at room temperature
5- Preheat the oven to 200 °C
6- Brush with milk and bake for 25 minutes
