Bruschetta dried tomatoes with ricotta and natural basil flavouring

4 slices of bread

16 dried tomatoes

salt and pepper

150 g ricotta cheese

6 sprigs fresh chives

10 drops of natural basil flavouring on each bruscchetta

1. Toast your 4 slices of bread

2. Drain the dried tomatoes and clean the chive sprigs and chop them

3. Pour the 150 g of ricotta into a bowl and add a little salt and pepper.

4. now spread the ricotta on your slices of toast.
5. Add your sun-dried tomatoes, a little chives and the 10 drops of natural basil flavouring, evenly distributed.

6. Serve immediately!
