- 25g quinoa
- 75g agave syrup
- 30g coconut butter
- 75g oat flakes
- 60g dried fruit (figs, raisins...)
- 50g dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts...)
- 1 tbsp. natural sweet almond flavouring
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and agave syrup.
- In a bowl, mix the oats, quinoa, dried fruit and nuts, previously chopped.
- Add the liquid mixture and mix well with a spatula.
- Add the natural flavouring Sweet Almond and mix again (or other flavourings such as Coconut, Hazelnut, Cocoa...).
- Place the mixture in moulds or cookie cutters to form cereal bars, press down well.
- Put the bars in the oven for 10 or 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
- When they are cooked, place them in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to harden the cereal bars.
