4 tablespoons of Chia seeds
30 cl of almond, hazelnut, soya or rice milk (according to your preference)
2 teaspoons of honey, or coconut sugar, or Rapadura
30g of oilseeds (hazelnut, almond, cashew and 2 Brazil nuts)
Seasonal fruit
1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon (depending on taste) of organic apricot flavouring
Preparation :
1. The day before: mix the Chia seeds with the vegetable milk of your choice for 2 minutes while stirring. Also add the organic apricot flavouring
2. Add the honey and mix and store in a cool place overnight (after 4 hours the seeds will have already swollen).
3. The same morning: In a container mix the milk, add raspberries, blueberries, apricots, oilseeds and cereals.
