Chocolate cake with organic Lavender aroma

200g chocolate
50g flour
100g caster sugar
100g butter
3 eggs
2 teaspoons of Lavender flavouring

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C t6. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and the butter cut into pieces over a very low heat.

2. In a bowl, add 2cc of lavender flavouring, sugar, eggs and flour. Mix well.

3. Add the chocolate/butter mixture.

4. Butter and flour your cake tin and pour in the cake batter.

5. Bake for about 20 minutes.

6. When you take the cake out of the oven, it doesn't seem to be cooked enough. This is normal, let it cool and then remove it from the mould.
