I discoverCinnamon flavoured pear tart
- 2 eggs
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 1 brick of crème fraiche
- 1 tin of fresh pears
- 3 tbsp. caster sugar
- 1 tbsp. natural cinnamon flavouring
Preparation :
1- Preheat your oven to 210°.
2- Unroll and place the shortcrust pastry in a pie dish, and prick the bottom of the pastry with a fork.
3- Cover the bottom of your tart with baking paper and put rice or raw white beans on top to hold it so that the pastry cooks white.
4- Leave to cook for 10 minutes, then remove the greaseproof paper and the rice. Lower the oven temperature to 180°C and bake the pastry again for 5 minutes.
5- Turn the oven back to 210°C.
6- Wash and peel the pears then cut them into slices or coarse pieces and place them on the bottom of the pastry.
7- In a bowl, mix the two eggs, the brick of fresh cream, the 3 spoons of powdered sugar and the cinnamon flavouring until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
8- Pour the mixture over the pears.
9- Bake for about 45 minutes.
10- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
