I discover- Make the dough. In order, dissolve the baking powder in the warm milk and sugar.
- Put the flour in a bowl and make a well. Add the 2 eggs one by one, then add the yeast, warm milk and sugar mixture.
- Finally add the melted butter and the natural cinnamon flavouring.
- Form the dough into a ball. Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour in an oven. (oven turned off and closed with a bowl of boiling water inside).
- Roll out the dough thinly on your floured work surface.
- Spread the soft butter over the surface with your hands, then sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon mixture evenly over it.
- Roll the dough into a ball and cut into 4cm wide pieces.
- Place the pieces in a rimmed dish with a sheet of baking paper.
- Cover with baking paper and leave to rise in the oven for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 200 C° and bake for 15-20min the cinnamon.
- Beat the cream cheese, soft butter, sugar and natural vanilla flavouring with a whisk.
- Coat the glaze as soon as the cinnamons come out!
