I discoverClafouti with rhubarb and cinnamon flavouring

- 3 eggs
- 20 cl milk
- 60 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 500 g rhubarb
- 200 g double cream
- 1 tbsp. icing sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon flavouring
- 1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp. natural vanilla flavouring
Preparation :
1. Peel and cut the rhubarb into pieces
2. Blanch the rhubarb in boiling water for 2 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°.
4. Butter the tin and sugar it.
5. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl
6. Pour into the pan and add the rhubarb.
7. Bake for 40 minutes.
