Cloud eggs toast with natural basil flavour

2 eggs

salt and pepper

2 slices of farmhouse bread

10 drops of natural basil flavouring

A knob of butter

1. First separate the egg whites from the yolks and then whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk.

2. place the egg whites in two heaps on a non-stick baking sheet.

3. Using a spoon, make a small hole in the egg whites so that you can place the yolk in the hole later on.

4. Bake the egg whites for 8-10 minutes at 230°. 5.

Remove the baking tray from the oven and place the yolks in the small cavities. Continue baking for 3 minutes.

4. Place the cloud eggs on toasted bread slices and decorate with basil. Serve immediately.
