I discoverCrème brulée with Vanilla and Caramel Beurre Salé flavours

- 45cl of milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 20cl of liquid cream
- 150g white caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring
- 9 drops of salted butter caramel flavouring
Preparation:
- Melt the sugar with a dash of water in a saucepan, without stirring, until coloured.
- Add the milk, cream and flavourings, stirring well.
- Heat the mixture over a low heat.
- Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl and gradually add the milk, mixing well.
- Pour the cream into ramekins.
- Place in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes, then leave to cool and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar before serving to caramelise with a blowtorch.
