Easter bunny with chocolate and organic strawberry flavouring

  • A pastry brush
  • A little cocoa butter
  • 1 Easter Bunny mould
  • 1 tbsp. natural strawberry flavouring
  • 1 bar of baking chocolate in dark or milk chocolate

Preparation :

1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a little water.

2. Once this is done, add a tablespoon of natural strawberry flavouring.

3. Allow to cool to a temperature of 33°.

3. Take your bunny mould and paint the eyes, mouth, moustache and all the little details with cocoa butter (not a compulsory step)

4. Once your chocolate is at 33° you can paint the bunny mould with your brush on both sides.

5. With aggravators hang your two moulds together.

6. Place in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes and then unmould.
