Endive crumble with natural apple flavouring

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 endives, chopped
  • 175 g soft butter
  • 100 g walnut kernels
  • 1 tbsp. apple flavouring

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°.

2. Put the flour, butter and chopped nuts in a dish. Knead into a nice dough.

3. In a frying pan, fry the endives with a little butter and the natural apple flavouring.

4. Pour the mixture into a dish and cover with the crumble mixture.

5. Place in the oven for about 20 minutes and then enjoy!
