Gaspacho with Garlic flavour

  • 2 onions
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper and chilli
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 slices of bread
  • 8 drops of garlic flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Chop the tomatoes, peppers, cucumber and onion.
  2. Keep some of the cucumber and peppers.
  3. Add the natural garlic flavouring and blend in the mixer.
  4. Add the bread, blend again and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, sherry vinegar and chilli according to taste.
  5. Leave to stand in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
  6. Dice the remaining peppers and cucumbers and the spring onions.
  7. Crush the hard-boiled eggs with a fork.
  8. Arrange the garnishes in soup plates and pour the gazpacho over them.
  9. Serve cold.
