Gratta keka with Lemon and Mint flavours

  • 30cl of water
  • 6 limes
  • 50g of powdered cane sugar
  • 16 drops of Mint flavouring
  • 1 tbsp. lemon flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Wash and squeeze the limes. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar, mint flavouring and lemon flavouring to the boil and leave to cool.
  3. Then mix the syrup and lemon juice.
  4. Then place on a high-sided tray and freeze for at least one hour.
  5. Scrape the frozen surface with a fork to form the granita.
  6. Serve in a lemonade glass.
