Fast
- 1 Litre of sterilised liquid cream
- 8 to 10 drops of the flavouring of your choice
- 15 g salt flowers (optional) to make a salted butter
Preparation:
- Put the litre of liquid cream in an electric mixer and add the drops of flavouring you have chosen.
- Let it run until the butter appears.
- Let it run for another 5 minutes, remove the butter from the whey.
- Mould the butter and put it in the fridge.
