Homemade barbecue sauce with natural honey flavouring

  • One onion One garlic clove
  • 20 cl ketchup
  • 50 g worcesteshire sauce
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g honey
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon natural honey flavouring

1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Then fry them in olive oil.

2. When they have melted, add the rest of the ingredients and cook over a low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

3. Allow the sauce to cool and store in a cool jar.

4. Enjoy!
