- 150g water
- 150g acacia honey
- 240g cane sugar powder
- 2 teaspoons wild strawberry flavouring
- 1 tsp. elderflower flavouring
Preparation:
- Place the mould on the perforated plate.
- In a saucepan, pour the water and add the sugar and honey, and the wild strawberry and elderflower flavourings.
- Bring to the boil, stirring until it reaches 150°C/155°C. Remove from heat.
- Quickly fill the moulds halfway up and place the stick.
- Leave to harden and then remove from the mould.
