I discoverHummus with beetroot and lemon zest

- 1 beetroot
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 260g of chickpeas
- half a bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- A little chopped corriander
- 1 tbsp. double cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon flavouring
Preparation :
1. Cut the beetroot into large chunks and put them in the bowl of a blender.
2. Add the crushed garlic.
3. Add the chickpeas, chopped coriander and a spoonful of crème fraîche.
4. Add a tablespoon of lemon flavouring.
5. Blend on medium speed, adding the olive oil a little at a time.
Add salt and pepper.
