I discoverIrish coffee revisited with Whisky flavour

- 50cl coffee
- 6 sugar cubes
- 10cl full cream
- 10 drops of whisky flavouring (per glass)
- A few mint leaves
1- Dip the sugar cubes in the coffee and heat them up.
2- Place the cream, the bowl and the whisk in the fridge. Then whip the cream until it becomes a whipped cream, keep it cold.
3- Divide the sweetened coffee between 6 large glasses and add 10 drops of whisky flavouring to each glass and mix.
4- Put the whipped cream in a flat piping bag.
5- Put the whipped cream in each glass. 6- Sprinkle with small sprigs of mint.
7- Enjoy!
