Kiwi pie with Bergamot flavour

  • 4 kiwis 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 10 drops of Bergamot flavouring

1- Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2- Unroll a shortcrust pastry in a pie tin and bake for 15 minutes.

3- In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the vanilla sugar sachets and 10 drops of bergamot flavouring. Peel the kiwis and cut them into thin slices.

4- Spread the cooled tart base with the cottage cheese and cover with the kiwi slices.

5- Enjoy
