Leek fondue with Ceps aroma

  • 30 g butter
  • 600 g leeks
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp. natural cep flavouring
  • 1 tbsp. mustard Salt and pepper

Preparation :

1. Wash and cut your leeks into small pieces

2. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add your leeks, cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the cream and mustard, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

4. Add the tablespoon of porcini flavouring.

5. Leave to cook for another ten minutes on a low heat and then you can serve!
