MOTHER'S DAY CUPCAKES WITH NATURAL ROSE FLAVOUR

100 g flour

200 g mascarpone

80 g semi-salted butter

2 eggs

5 cl milk

80 g caster sugar

100 g icing sugar

1 half sachet of baking powder

5 tablespoons of natural rose flavouring

Preparation :

1. Preheat the oven to 180°.

2. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl.

3. In another bowl mix the soft butter with the sugar and the eggs.

4. Then add the flour and milk and the 5 tablespoons of natural rose flavouring.

5. Pour the batter into the cupcake trays.

6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and leave to cool.

7. For the topping, beat the mascarpone in a bowl until smooth and creamy and add the icing sugar and keep beating.

8. Cover the cupcakes with the icing using a piping bag and enjoy!
