- 1 well-made Camembert cheese (250g)
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 onion
- 1 large tablespoon finely chopped chives
- 4 tablespoons of lager
- 1 heaped tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic flavouring
1. Remove the thickest rind from the Camembert and mash it with the yoghurt and beer. When a relatively homogeneous paste is obtained add the finely chopped chives and onion.
2. Leave to rest for at least an hour in the fridge.
3. Serve with bread or pretzels and of course a cold beer.
4. Enjoy!
