I discoverOrange Blossom flavoured Easter chocolate

- 1 mould for impressions
- 100 g dark, white or milk chocolate
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom flavouring
Preparation :
1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a little water.
2. Once this is done, add a tablespoon of natural orange blossom flavouring.
3. Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking tray with a spatula.
4. Leave to cool for 1 hour. 4. Add a second layer of chocolate.
5. Leave to cool again and decorate if you wish with small multicoloured vermicelli
6. Put everything in the fridge for more than an hour or overnight if you like.
7. The next day, remove the excess chocolate from around the subjects of the plate with a spatula so that you can unmould your chocolates more easily, tap on the sides of the plate to get them out.
