I discoverOrganic Vanilla flavoured caramel candies

- 250 g sugar
- 160 g butter
- 16 cl whole milk
- 20 g liquid honey
- 1 tbsp. vanilla flavouring
Preparation :
1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, honey and organic vanilla flavouring and bring to the boil.
2. Cut the butter into pieces and add it to the mixture.
3. Bring to a boil at 118° C.
4. Pour into a square mould lined with greaseproof paper.
5. Leave to cool and cut into small squares!
