Panettone flavoured custard

1l milk
1 vanilla pod
100g sugar
6 eggs
1 teaspoon of Panettone flavouring

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C t6

2. Pour the milk into a saucepan.

3. Cut your vanilla pod in half and place the vanilla in the milk.

4. Warm the milk over a low heat.

5. In a bowl, break your eggs, add 100 g of sugar.

6. Mix everything together.

7. Add the milk and 1 teaspoon of Panettone flavouring.

8. Pour the cream into your pan.

9. In a large baking dish, pour water and place the pan.

10. Bake for 1 hour in a bain-marie.
