I discoverPapillote of sea bream and carrots with orange blossom aroma
4 sea bream fillets
2 carrots
olive oil
4 tbsp. orange juice
salt and freshly ground pepper
4 chopped mint leaves
1 teaspoon orange blossom flavouring
4 circles of baking paper
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (th. 6).
2. Peel the carrots, wash them and then cut them into very fine tagliatelle with a vegetable peeler.
3. In a small bowl, mix the orange juice and the natural orange blossom flavouring.
4. Brush the sea bream fillets and the cooking rings with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place a fillet of sea bream on each paper circle. Add the carrot tagliatelle and the orange sauce.
6. Close the papillotes tightly, leaving a space at the top as they will swell slightly during cooking.
7. Place the papillotes on a baking tray and bake for 8 minutes.
You can serve with a little rice if you like!
