Penne with artichokes and garlic flavouring

  • 400 g of penne
  • 6 artichoke hearts
  • 1 half bunch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic flavouring
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese shavings

Preparation :

1. Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water, following the instructions on the packet.

2. Cut the artichoke hearts into pieces.

3. Clean and chop the parsley.

4. Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the artichoke hearts until golden and add the teaspoon of garlic flavouring.

5. Once your pasta is ready, pour it into a dish and add your artichoke hearts mixture.

6. Mix well and then add your parmesan shavings. All that's left to do is enjoy!
