4 cod backs
40 cl of coconut milk
pink berries
1/3 red onion
1 leek, very thin
Salt
3 tablespoons lime flavouring
Preparation: 1:
Wash the leek and cut it into sections.
2. Dip it in boiling water for about 5 minutes (it should be tender) before draining it and setting it aside.
Chop the red onion finely.
4. Pour the coconut milk into a frying pan with the tablespoons of lime flavouring, a little salt and the onions.
Cook over medium heat.
6. when the coconut milk is boiling, lower the heat and place the cod backs in the pan for about ten minutes, basting the fish regularly with the sauce.
7. With 2-3 minutes to go, add the leeks!
8. Once ready, arrange in a soup plate with rice for example.
