Quinoa Tabbouleh with Lemon, Mint and Citrus flavours

  • 1 red pepper
  • 150g Quinoa
  • ½ White onion
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 10 cl of olive oil
  • 2 drops of mint flavouring
  • 2 drops of lemon flavouring
  • 1 drop of citrus flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Bring one litre of water to the boil in a saucepan.
  2. When the water comes to the boil, pour in the quinoa and cook for 11 to 12 minutes. Then pour it into a sieve and cool it with cold water.
  3. Leave the quinoa to drain for about ten minutes and pour into a bowl.
  4. Finely chop the red pepper, cucumber and white onion and add to the quinoa.
  5. Add 2 drops of Mint flavouring, 2 drops of Lemon flavouring and 1 drop of Citrus flavouring.
  6. Add the olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix everything together.
  7. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
