I discoverQuinoa Tabbouleh with Lemon, Mint and Citrus flavours

- Salt and pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 150g Quinoa
- ½ White onion
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 2 drops of mint flavouring
- 2 drops of lemon flavouring
- 1 drop of citrus flavouring
Preparation:
- Bring one litre of water to the boil in a saucepan.
- When the water comes to the boil, pour in the quinoa and cook for 11 to 12 minutes. Then pour it into a sieve and cool it with cold water.
- Leave the quinoa to drain for about ten minutes and pour into a bowl.
- Finely chop the red pepper, cucumber and white onion and add to the quinoa.
- Add 2 drops of Mint flavouring, 2 drops of Lemon flavouring and 1 drop of Citrus flavouring.
- Add the olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix everything together.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
