I discoverRavioli with fig flavour sauce

Fast
- salt and pepper
- 1 dl cream
- 25 g grated Gruyère cheese
- ½ bunch basil
- ½ bunch mint
- 1 packet ravioli of your choice
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. fig flavouring
Preparation:
- Finely grate the Gruyère
- Chop your bunch of basil and mint, pour over the cream, balsamic vinegar and fig flavouring.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cook your ravioli and before draining them, collect 1 dl of cooking water to add to the sauce.
- Gently mix the drained ravioli with the sauce.
- Add your Gruyère
