Ravioli with fig flavour sauce

  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dl cream
  • 25 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • ½ bunch basil
  • ½ bunch mint
  • 1 packet ravioli of your choice
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. fig flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Finely grate the Gruyère
  2. Chop your bunch of basil and mint, pour over the cream, balsamic vinegar and fig flavouring.
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Cook your ravioli and before draining them, collect 1 dl of cooking water to add to the sauce.
  5. Gently mix the drained ravioli with the sauce.
  6. Add your Gruyère
