Rhubarb and Pistachio Cake

84g butter

1 pinch of salt

125g sugar

166g flour

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

416g rhubarb

3 eggs

1/2 packet baking powder

1 tbsp of pistachio flavouring

1- Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.

2- Cream the butter and add the sugar, eggs, salt, pistachio flavouring, beat then add the rhubarb.

3- Add the baking powder, flour and eggs and mix.

4- Fill your greased cake tin.

5- 1 hour at 180°.
