I discoverSalmon in butter sauce with lemon zest

- Salt and pepper
- 50g of butter
- 1 salmon steak
- 5 cl of fresh cream
- 1.5 tsp. lemon zest flavouring
Preparation :
1. Heat the pan over a low heat, add 25g of butter, the lemon zest flavouring and the cream.
2. In a frying pan, melt 25g of butter.
3. Place your salmon steak in the pan, brown it and then baste it regularly and generously.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
