Salmon in butter sauce with lemon zest

  • Salt and pepper
  • 50g of butter
  • 1 salmon steak
  • 5 cl of fresh cream
  • 1.5 tsp. lemon zest flavouring

Preparation :

1. Heat the pan over a low heat, add 25g of butter, the lemon zest flavouring and the cream.

2. In a frying pan, melt 25g of butter.

3. Place your salmon steak in the pan, brown it and then baste it regularly and generously.

4. Season with salt and pepper.
