Scallops with natural curry flavour

12 scallops

1 shallot

5 cl of white wine

1 knob of butter

1 tablespoon of oil

15 cl of liquid cream

2 tablespoons curry flavouring

salt and pepper

Preparation :

1. Start by peeling and chopping the shallots.
2. In a saucepan, melt some butter and pour in the shallots to sweat them.

3. Add the white wine and reduce. Add the cream and the 2 tablespoons of curry flavouring and heat through.

4. Add a little salt and pepper to the scallops. Cook them separately in oil for about 1 minute on each side.

5. Arrange the scallops on a plate and coat them with the prepared sauce.
6. Serve with the asparagus or a carrot purée, for example.
