- Salt and pepper
- Fresh cream
- 12 bunches of radishes
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion water or chicken stock
- 1 tbsp. chestnut flavouring
Preparation :
1. Separate the radishes and leaves.
2. Keep only the leaves in good condition.
3. Clean them by immersing them in cool water and drain.
4. Peel an onion, slice it and melt it in a mixture of butter and oil.
5. Add the radish leaves and potato pieces.
6. Add water or chicken stock and chestnut flavouring.
7. Add salt and pepper.
8. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
9. Finish by blending the mixture in a blender and add a little crème fraîche at the last moment.
