I discoverSpaghetti bolognese with basil flavouring

1 packet of spaghetti
2 Cloves of garlic
8 drops of basil flavouring
2 Shallots
500 gr of minced beef
1 tin of tomato purée
Olive oil
Parsley
Salt and pepper
1. Peel the garlic and shallots. Chop them with the parsley and add 8 drops of basil flavouring to the mixture.
2. Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan and add the previous chopped ingredients. Mix well.
3. Add the meat, salt and pepper.
4. Add the tomato puree and 1/2 glass of water. Mix well, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
5. Cook your spaghetti and add the Bolognese sauce after draining the pasta.
