Spinach and Hazelnut Omelette

300 g fresh spinach

7 eggs

200 g grated Gruyere cheese

10 drops of natural hazelnut flavouring

1 tablespoon of olive oil

5cl of cream

salt and pepper

Preparation :

1. Cook your spinach in a pan.

2. In a bowl beat your eggs with the cream.

3. Add salt and pepper and the drops of hazelnut flavouring.

4. Add your spinach to the mixture.

5. Put a little olive oil in the bottom of a pan and pour in your mixture.

6. Cook on a very high heat, then lower the heat, add the grated cheese and cook for a few more minutes.

7. Pour your omelette onto a plate and add some raw spinach if you wish.
