Banana and natural banana flavor

Strawberries and strawberry flavor

1 tablespoon of pistachio flavor to sweeten

10 medium-sized strawberries

2 oz. of tofu

1 teaspoon (of natural banana flavor)

1 teaspoon (of natural strawberry flavor)

We all know that in summer, fresh foods take center stage. In a previous recipe, we saw how to make a banana and strawberry smoothie. Today, we reuse the same flavors to make a delicious ice cream. A recipe for ice cream entirely based on natural fruit flavors, here in a strawberry and banana version, two fruits that always refresh our summers!

This is a quick recipe; we just need to wait for the fruit to freeze properly. If you want to make ice cream sticks, you will need to put the ice cream back in the freezer for better firmness, but this is optional.

Preparation:

The day before, slice the banana and the strawberries. Place them in the freezer overnight (or in the morning until evening). Once the fruits are frozen, put them in the bowl of a food processor and blend until you get a homogeneous preparation with the consistency of ice cream. The time may vary depending on the power of the processor.

At this point, you can taste the ice cream, which will have a creamy consistency, or place it back in the freezer for 2 or 3 hours to make it firmer, or enjoy it as an ice cream stick.
