Stir-fried chicken with ginger and vanilla flavours

  • 1 onion
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3cm fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander
  • 10 to 20 drops of ginger flavouring
  • 20 drops of organic vanilla flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Peel the onion and garlic. Chop them up.
  2. Peel and cut the ginger into sticks. Chop the coriander thoroughly.
  3. Heat the oils preferably in a wok or frying pan.
  4. Fry the onion andgarlic for 5 minutes, without browning, then add the chicken and ginger. Sear for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Leave to cook for a few minutes, then add the soy sauce, the natural organic vanilla and ginger flavourings and the fresh coriander.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes on a low heat. Check for doneness.
