Sweet and savoury summer salad with strawberries and natural blueberry flavouring

600 g gariguettes

2 tomatoes

1 cucumber

50 g icing sugar

5 cl of olive oil

2 tablespoons blueberry flavouring

1 lemon

1 plain yoghurt

25 cl of liquid cream

Rinse 600 g of gariguette and cut into slices

2. Dice two tomatoes and a cucumber

3. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl with 25 g of icing sugar, 5 cl of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of blueberry flavouring and half a squeezed lemon.

4. Leave to rest for about 30 minutes.
5. Now mix 1 natural yoghurt with 25 cl of liquid cream, the juice of the other lemon half and 25 g of icing sugar.
6. Put some of this mixture on each plate, together with the strawberry salad. Feel free to add pistachios, nuts or peanuts as you like.
7. It's time to eat!
